This dry wine is a fine example of the Bacchus grape.
It is unoaked to retain freshness and displays an elegant Elderflower aroma and delicate Peach flavour. Ideal as an aperitif or well suited to match fish and white meat dishes.

When chilled this wine may develop Wine Diamonds. These are natural fruit acid crystals that are edible and tasteless. A result of minimal intervention by the wine-maker during winemaking.
